ELEVATE Studios are collaborative experiences with a focus on deepening and expanding learning through community contributions. ELEVATE XChange experiences connect individuals to and support them through real-world learning in the real world to ensure future-readiness.
No. XChange is a people-powered learning experience.
No. While some ELEVATE Studios may use art to meet community needs, Studios focus on any area of interest and need identified by young people and their communities.
ELEVATE primarily serves young people through partnerships with schools, families, churches, community organizations, employers, and other local partners. Specific eligibility requirements, locations, and schedules are shared for each opportunity. We would love to talk with about bringing a Studio to your community.

Costs vary depending on the program and type of partnership. We do our best to keep participation affordable and offer opportunities at little or no cost whenever possible. Any costs will be clearly communicated before participation.
Schools and districts can partner with ELEVATE in several ways, including collaborating with our team and the community to identify community needs, hosting a Studio on campus, connecting a learner cohort with XChange, or working with us to design learner-centered programming for their school communities.
Absolutely! Through XChange, we can support and compliment your existing work-based learning efforts.
There are many ways to get involved. Becoming a Studio expert, hosting a Studio at your site, mentoring with XChange, sponsoring youth participants, and donating resources are just some of the ways to get involved. We work with partners to find a role that aligns with their strengths and capacity.
